Returns and Refunds
Returns are generally not accepted, as it is the customer's responsibility if the wrong item was ordered. However, you may contact the store less than 12 hours after the order has been placed if you want to: 1) exchange for a different item at the same price, or 2) cancel the order and get a full refund. If cancelled or refunded, please remember it can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund.
